Starting on September the 10th at Cork Incubator Kitchens, a 10-week course to develop the culinary skills of ambitious learners. Passionate about rewarding employees by giving them the chance to upskill.
This is an intensive 10-week cookery course set in a purpose-built professional training kitchen, ideal for businesses/individuals already in kitchens wanting to upskill themselves or their staff and to increase their earning potential together with a skillset. It will also suit those wanting to fastrack entry into a professional kitchen and young learners interested in but undecided on a culinary career.
Duration: 80 Hrs contact time + 40 Hrs self-directed learning.
Days/Times: Every Wednesday for 10 weeks.
Times: 10 am to 6 pm
Course Frequency: Every 10 weeks throughout the year.
Locations- Cork Incubator Kitchens, Carrigaline, Cork.
Fee: €1,950 plus vat. Ancillary costs such as transport, safety footwear is not included in this fee.
The Hospitality School will provide the following;
Qualifications: Certificate in Professional Cookery Level 1.

Further Studies /Placement: A practical placement of 4 weeks is a pre-requisite for Certification
